Talent Summoner Limited ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-agentic SaaS company incorporated in Hong Kong. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you use our AI-powered recruitment and career management platform (the "Service"). This policy applies to both Companies ("Clients") and Individuals ("Talents") who use our Service.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect different types of information depending on whether you are a Client or a Talent.
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, and company details (for Clients).
- Talent Profile Data: Resumes (CVs), employment history, education, skills, portfolio links, and job preferences.
- Client Recruitment Data: Job descriptions (JDs), hiring criteria, interview questions, and candidate feedback.
- Communications: Messages sent to us or generated via our platform (e.g., through messaging or email integrations).
- Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor to handle billing. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; we only retain payment tokens and billing history.
To provide our "Agentic" services (e.g., auto-applying for jobs, ranking candidates), our system processes your inputs through Artificial Intelligence models.
- Inference Data: Text inputs (such as JDs or Resumes) sent to third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate summaries, rankings, or outreach drafts.
- Automated Instructions: Criteria you set for the AI to act on your behalf (e.g., "Apply to jobs with salary >$50k").
If you utilize our interview features:
- Recordings: Audio and/or video recordings of interviews conducted via our AI agents. We will always request your explicit consent before any recording begins.
- Transcripts: Text-based records of the conversation used for analysis and summary.
- Analytics: Pages visited, features used, and time spent using our Service.
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and error logs to help us fix bugs.
Our Service relies on third-party AI providers to deliver core functionality.
- Inference Only: We configure our AI providers to use your data solely for the purpose of generating responses ("inference"). We do not grant these providers the right to use your data to train their general public models.
- Data Retention by AI Vendors: While we do not use your data for training, third-party AI providers may temporarily retain inputs for abuse monitoring or compliance purposes (typically for a short period), subject to their own privacy standards.
- Human-in-the-Loop: While our AI agents provide recommendations, rankings, and drafts, Talent Summoner does not make fully automated legal or employment decisions. Clients are responsible for the final hiring decision.
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To create your account, process payments, and provide the agentic recruitment workflow.
- Matching & Ranking: To analyze Talent profiles against Client job descriptions.
- Agent Actions: To execute tasks you have authorized, such as drafting emails, refining resumes, or submitting job applications.
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends and fix technical errors.
- Communication: To send you service updates, invoices, security alerts, and notice of changes to our terms or pricing.
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following specific circumstances:
- For Talents: We share your resume and profile data with Clients (Employers) or third-party job boards only when you explicitly instruct our AI agent to apply for a job or match you with an opening.
- For Clients: We share your job descriptions and company details with prospective Talents to facilitate applications.
We utilize trusted third-party vendors to operate our infrastructure. We may transfer data to the following categories of service providers, who process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to confidentiality:
- Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: To store data and host our applications.
- AI & LLM Providers: To process text and audio inputs for our AI features.
- Database Administrators: To manage and organize user records.
- Communication Services: To send emails and instant messages (such as notifications or alerts).
- Analytics & Monitoring Tools: To track service performance and identify bugs.
- Payment Processors: To securely handle payments and subscriptions.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency in Hong Kong).
Our Service leverages global infrastructure. Your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than Hong Kong (such as the United States) where our third-party service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than those of Hong Kong.
- During Subscription: We retain your data while your account is active to provide the Service.
- After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for a limited period to allow for easy reactivation, or as required by tax and legal obligations.
- Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest where possible. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, you have the right to:
- Check whether we hold personal data about you.
- Access a copy of such data.
- Correct any data that is inaccurate.
- Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to process your data (e.g., stopping the AI agent) at any time, though this will limit our ability to provide the Service.

Our Service is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete such information from our records.
