Metaview Pricing 2026: Notetaker, Sourcing and Review Plans

Metaview prints prices for 3 agents: Notetaker Pro at US$60 per user a month, Sourcing at US$100 or US$300. Every plan, checked October 2026.

Metaview Pricing 2026: Notetaker, Sourcing and Review Plans

Metaview publishes prices for three of its AI agents. As of 4 October 2026, its pricing page lists the Notetaker at US$0 or US$60 per user a month, Sourcing at US$0, US$100 or US$300 per user a month, and Application Review at US$0 or US$150 a month.

We build Talent Summoner, which finds and ranks candidates for one role at a time. It takes no interview notes, so the two overlap on finding and sorting candidates; your first Role is free with no card (pricing).

If you want an AI notetaker for interviews you already run, Metaview's Notetaker is the plan to read about, and we do not sell one. If your problem is finding people to interview in the first place, compare the sourcing rows.

Metaview's FAQ says every user can reach the whole platform but pays only for the agents they use. Its sign-up asks for a work email.

What does a small team pay for Metaview?

Per-user pricing means the bill grows with every interviewer. Here is our arithmetic on the published prices, for made-up team sizes.

Example team (made up)PlansMonthly total
1 founder who interviewsNotetaker ProUS$60
3 interviewersNotetaker Pro × 3US$180
3 interviewers plus 1 sourcerNotetaker Pro × 3, Sourcing Pro × 1US$280
1 recruiter hiring at volumeNotetaker Pro, Sourcing MaxUS$360

On Sourcing Pro, 200 profiles for US$100 works out to US$0.50 a profile (our arithmetic). The page does not say whether these monthly prices need an annual contract, so ask before you buy.

Note-taking vs finding people: which problem do you have?

The two jobs sit at opposite ends of a hire. A notetaker records and summarises interviews you already booked, and sourcing finds the people to book.

  • If your calendar is full of interviews and the write-ups are the bottleneck, a notetaker saves the most time.
  • If your calendar is empty because nobody good applied, notes will not help yet.
  • If you have a pile of applications to sort, Metaview's Application Review and our free candidate ranking tool both address that step.

Our guide on what to compare in AI interview notetaking software covers the notetaker side in depth. If you take notes by hand, our interview notes template is a free starting point.

When Metaview is worth it

Metaview earns its price in a few clear cases:

  • You run many interviews a week, and Notetaker Pro's unlimited calls replace hours of write-ups.
  • Your team already uses a supported ATS. Metaview lists Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem and SmartRecruiters among its integrations.
  • You want notes, application screening and sourcing from one vendor, and per-user pricing fits your headcount.
  • The free plans cover you: 25 calls a month is enough for a founder testing it.

When Metaview is the wrong fit

It is a poor fit when:

  • You hire a few times a year. A per-user monthly plan charges you in the months you are not hiring.
  • You need candidates more than notes. Paying US$60 a month to record interviews you cannot fill is the wrong order.
  • You want a price for the whole platform up front. The all-agents bundle and Enterprise are quoted by sales.

Pay per Role vs seat pricing shows how the two billing models compare for occasional hiring. For other sourcing vendors' published prices, see Juicebox pricing and SeekOut pricing.

Where Talent Summoner fits

Talent Summoner searches LinkedIn, GitHub and other public sources, over 200 million profiles. It ranks each person with must-haves, nice-to-haves and plain-English reasoning.

Outreach goes from your own Gmail, Outlook or LinkedIn, and nothing sends until you review it. Your first Role is free and your second is US$4, then US$29 per Role, or US$59 a month for 10 Roles if you hire often.

Trade-offs, stated plainly: no paid InMail, no always-on pipeline and no ATS integration today. We have no interview notetaker today, so if notes are the job, Metaview's Notetaker is the closer match; fillmore, its outbound recruiting agent, is the product that overlaps with us.

We checked these facts on 4 October 2026 and re-check them every quarter.

How much does Metaview cost?

Metaview publishes per-agent prices: Notetaker Pro at US$60 per user a month, Sourcing Pro at US$100 and Sourcing Max at US$300 per user a month, and Application Review Pro at US$150 a month. Each of those three agents also has a free plan, while Screening, Outreach, Job Posts, fillmore, Reports and Enterprise carry no printed price.

Is Metaview free?

Metaview has free plans for its three agents with printed prices, checked in October 2026: 25 calls a month on the Notetaker, the first 100 sourced profiles on Sourcing, and 50 applications a month on Application Review. Heavier use moves you to a paid plan.

How much do AI interview assistants cost?

Metaview's Notetaker Pro, one AI interview notetaker, is published at US$60 per user a month in October 2026, with a free plan of 25 calls a month. Because that price is per user, a team's bill grows with the number of people who interview.

Does Metaview do candidate sourcing?

Yes; Metaview sells a Sourcing agent priced at US$100 per user a month for 200 profiles, or US$300 for unlimited profiles, as of October 2026. It is billed separately from the Metaview Notetaker.

Pick the tool for the step that is stuck: finding people, sorting them or writing up interviews.
