Loxo Pricing in 2026: What It Publishes and What It Quotes
Loxo's pricing page lists Core from $149 per user a month, a new-customer offer, and quotes the rest. Year-one cost for a small agency, Nov 2026.

Loxo's pricing page lists one dollar price: Core, an applicant tracking system (ATS) plus recruiting CRM, starts at $149 per user a month, billed annually, as a new customer limited time offer. Professional and Enterprise are quoted by sales.
We build Talent Summoner, which is not an ATS or CRM and does not replace Loxo: you paste a brief for one Role and get a ranked shortlist with the reasoning behind each match. Your first Role is free, with no card.
Run a desk that lives in an ATS every day? Loxo is built for you, so skip to the cost table.

Loxo pricing at a glance
Prices are what each vendor publishes, read on 4 November 2026, in US dollars.
| Plan | Price as published | Billing | What the page lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | Starts at $149 per user a month (Loxo's new customer limited time offer) | Annual, paid up front | ATS and CRM, AI search, unlimited jobs and candidates, reporting, MCP |
| Professional | None: book a demo | Annual | Everything in Core, Loxo Source, agents, 2,500 credits per seat a month, API |
| Enterprise | None: custom agreements | Annual | Everything in Professional, SSO and SAML, dedicated success team |
| Credit boosts | None | Per user a month | 5,000 or 12,500 credits instead of 2,500 |
| Talent Summoner | Its own /pricing page: $299/mo Unlimited for 4 people (+$59 each), $59/mo Pro, $29 per Role | Monthly, or one-time per Role | Ranked shortlist per Role; first Role free |
Loxo offers a 7-day trial of the full Professional platform. Migration is free for Core teams of 3 or more seats.
Loxo also runs a free ATS/CRM page, and its pricing page has Start free buttons. That page says the ATS and CRM is now free, but we did not test the signup, so we cannot say what the free version includes or limits.
What a small agency pays in year one
The table is our arithmetic on Loxo's new-customer Core offer, which starts at $149. Loxo does not state a price after the first year, so we do not project one.
Professional cannot be costed because Loxo publishes no figure for it.
| Setup | Basis | Year one |
|---|---|---|
| Loxo Core offer, 1 recruiter | $149 × 12 | $1,788 |
| Loxo Core offer, 3 recruiters | $149 × 3 × 12 | $5,364 |
| Loxo Core offer, 5 recruiters | $149 × 5 × 12 | $8,940 |
| Loxo Professional | Quote only | Not published |
| Talent Summoner Pro | $59 × 12, 10 Roles a month; unused Roles do not carry over | $708 |
| Talent Summoner Unlimited | $299 × 12, 4 people, every open role, fair use | $3,588 |
| Talent Summoner, 4 Roles a year | Free Role, $4 at the paywall, then 2 × $29; then $79 + $29 | $62 in year one, $108 after |
Three recruiters on the Core offer plus Pro would be $6,072 in year one ($5,364 + $708). Core lists AI search, and Loxo Source sits under Professional.
What Loxo does not publish
- Professional: the plan with Loxo Source and the agents has no price on the page we read. Guides from Pin, HeroHunt and Leonar quote $199, but Loxo's page does not print it, so we do not use it.
- Enterprise: custom annual agreements only.
- Credit boosts: the page lists 2× and 5× capacity but prints no price for either.
- Core after the offer: the page marks $149 as a new customer limited time offer and does not state a later price.
- The free version: the free ATS/CRM page does not say what it includes or limits.
Check any figure in a quote against the page before signing, because Loxo can change it.
When Loxo is worth it
Loxo fits an agency when the database is the business. Its site names these features, which suit a small desk. We did not check which plan includes each one:
- an ATS and CRM in one system, with unlimited jobs and candidates;
- candidate status reports and a hiring manager portal for clients;
- a sales CRM and business-development outreach for winning new clients;
- team and job reporting for several recruiters.
If you place weekly and need clients, candidates and pipeline in one record, pay for the seat. Talent Summoner will not do that work.
Where Talent Summoner fits next to Loxo
You describe a Role in plain English. It searches LinkedIn, GitHub and other public sources, ranks the people it finds against your must-haves, and explains each match.
For an agency that wins an odd search outside its usual niche, one Role can be a lighter step than adding a seat.
Sourcing every week? Unlimited is $299 a month for every open role for up to 4 people ($59 per extra person), under fair use.
Pro is $59 a month for 10 Roles, with extra Roles at $15, and unused Roles do not carry over. Otherwise it is $29 for one Role or $79 for three, and Roles bought one-time stay valid for 24 months.
Trade-offs, stated plainly: no InMail, no always-on pipeline, and no ATS integration today, so you add shortlisted people to Loxo yourself. Outreach goes from your own Gmail, Outlook or LinkedIn after you review each message and confirm the send.
